Preheat the oven to 370°F (200°C)
Take fresh spinach leaves put them in a mixing bowl and add boiling water. Cover the bowl with the lid for 3 minutes.
Now rinse the spinach with fresh tap water drain it and squeeze all the extra water.
Make sure you use 2/3 cups of packed cooked spinach leaves.
Finely chop the cooked spinach and transfer it to the mixing bowl.
Add beaten eggs, grated cheese, salt, bread crumbs, and the rest of the ingredients in it. You can also add salt and pepper if your cheese is not too salty.
Combine until all the ingredients are completely mixed. Place the balls in a non-stick oven tray covered with baking paper.
Bake for about 20-30 minutes until golden. Serve Immediately.
