Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C

  • Step 2

    Brush spaghettis halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3

    Place the spaghetti on nonstick baking paper and roast for 30-40 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Shred the squash pulp into a bowl. Now add bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, ranch salad dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and mix well.

  • Step 5

    Now press the mixture into rectangle pan with 1.5 inch thickness. Cut into fries.

  • Step 6

    Place all the fries on the baking sheet and bake them at 50 degrees C for about 20-30 minutes, turning once.

  • Step 7

    Serve with ketchup.
