Chop carrots, garlic, and onions.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and add eggs to it. Now by using a spatula scramble the eggs and cook them. Then remove from the pan.
In the same pan heat 1 tablespoon butter again, this time add chopped carrots, garlic onion, and frozen peas. Cooks for 4 minutes or until the veggies get soft.
For the final time add 1 tablespoon of butter to a pan and add cooked quinoa, scrambled eggs, and chopped vegetables also as much oyster and soya sauce as you like to your taste.
Cook for 2 minutes more and add green onion to give it final look.
Sprinkle with fresh coriander and freshly crushed pepper
