Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Crack eggs, place in a bowl and add salt – mix

  • Step 2

    Crush corn chips in blender and place with flour in a separate bowl

  • Step 3

    Soak fish in egg mixture, then put in the flour bowl to batter the fish pieces

  • Step 4

    Heat pan cover with coconut oil on medium heat

  • Step 5

    Cook battered fish pieces till golden brown on both sides

  • Step 6

    Squeeze lemon over fish fingers and sprinkle with crushed pepper
