Want a quick and healthy breakfast option?
Pour 100 ml of water into a blender, add soaked almonds and blend for 30 seconds.
Remove almond skins if necessary with a strainer (they provide a good fiber source though). Add protein powder, banana and natural vanilla bean, and blend for a further 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Add some ice blocks or blend ice blocks with Step 2.
Add 1/4 tsp of raw chocolate powder and a pinch of cinnamon and blend with Step 2.
