Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Tear kale leaves into 1 to 1.5-inch size. Remove the middle Spine. Wash and dry as much as possible.

  • Step 2

    Lay Kale leaves on the Air Fryer basket and spray with olive oil.

  • Step 3

    Check after 2 minutes then every minute after to see if crispy, but not brown.

  • Step 4

    Sprinkle sea salt on them.
